Voter-Blind Results & Stronger Vote Governance

New Features

• The My Votes results drawer now hides all per-option tallies and vote statistics while a vote is active, ensuring results are only revealed after the vote closes.
• Submitted ballots are now locked — voters can no longer change or resubmit a response. A confirmation view replaces the ballot form, showing submission time and indicating when results will be available.
• Creator-facing monitoring elements have been removed from the voter panel, keeping the interface clean and role-appropriate for participants.
