Non-Member Analytics, Mentorship & Meeting Updates

New Features

• Non-members analytics — A Non-Members tab lands in Health Metrics, surfacing company participation, engaged people, and conversion opportunities with findings linked from the Overview.
• Favorite projects — Star foundations and projects in the selector to pin them to the top.
• Single occurrence scheduling — Organizers can reschedule or cancel one meeting occurrence without changing the rest of the series.
• Visa letter downloads — Approved visa letters can be downloaded directly from the Visa Letters tab.
• Mentorship improvements — Mentors can edit their live profile, browse enrolled programs, and accept or decline invitations from invite emails.
• Pending actions grouped — The dashboard pending-actions drawer now organizes items by category for easier scanning.
• Membership churn available — Churn metrics are now surfaced in membership analytics views.
• Me Lens simplified — The Documents page has been removed from the Me Lens.

Bug Fixes

• Corrects PDF signatory text placement, mentee rich-text editing, committee org-requirement messaging, and avatar flicker on load.
