Newsletters, Org Lens & Dashboard Filter Enhancements

New Features

• Introduces a Newsletters module where Executive Directors can compose newsletters, save drafts, send to selected groups, and view delivery analytics.
• The Marketing Impact dashboard's focus program selector now filters email, web activity, and overview KPIs across all tabs.
• Performance Marketing project rows are now expandable, revealing campaign details including spend, revenue, and ROAS.
• Social Listening top mentions are sorted by sentiment (negative first), expanded to 10 results, and each card links to the original source.
• Org Lens adds an overview header with company name and membership tier, a cross-foundation involvement carousel, a Foundations & Projects section, and a development-in-progress notice banner.

Bug Fixes

• Corrects the Foundation Maintainers count to show the current distinct active maintainers rather than a trailing-year average.
• Removes the username field from the Add User and Edit User dialogs in project permission settings, as the backend no longer requires it.
