Mentorship Requests, Meetings UX & Dashboard Updates

New Features

• Mentor program requests — Mentors can now apply to join any published mentorship program and withdraw a pending request awaiting approval.
• Membership churn insights — A new churn section on the Members tab shows revenue and logo churn with year-over-year change and dues lost figures.

Improvements

• My Meetings clarity — Stats, filters, and meeting card attendee lists are now clearer and more consistent.
• Crowdfunding sign-in simplified — Self Serve no longer requires a separate authentication flow for crowdfunding, reducing friction at sign-in.

Changes

• Pending actions refined — "Review Agenda" rows are removed from the Me lens pending-actions card, keeping the list focused on actionable items.
• My Documents page removed — The standalone Documents page is removed from the Me lens; project, foundation, and group documents remain available in their respective sections.
