Mentorship Admin, Event Registration & Group Updates

New Features

• Mentorship admin — Admins can now make application decisions from the Current Mentees tab; Past Mentees, Mentors, and Terms tabs show live data.
• Event registrations — My Events Upcoming tab adds a My Registrations / All Events toggle so users land on their registered events by default.
• Groups & campaigns — My Groups now shows role, join mode, and lens context; campaign budgets are editable from the Optimize tab.

Bug Fixes

• Documents — Search now covers nested folders, the source filter is labeled "Group," and unsafe file names are blocked on upload.
• Auth & dashboard — The role badge shows detection sources, sign-in returns preserve project context, and the newsletter guard is deferred to the browser.
• CLA, sessions & contributions — The CLA page waits longer after DocuSign, logout clears the Intercom session, and the contributions filter is bounded.
