Marketing Dashboard Completion & Vote Status Fix

New Features

• The Marketing Impact dashboard is now complete with two additional analytics tabs: Email Marketing (tracking sends, open rates, and click-through rates with campaign breakdowns) and Social Accounts & Social Listening (monitoring followers, impressions, engagement, and mentions).

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an issue where the My Votes page continued to display a "Vote" action button even after a user had already submitted their ballot. Votes now correctly reflect the submitted state, showing a "Review" option as expected.
