v2.26.0

Social Listening Bookmarks, Onboarding Enhancements, UI Fixes, and Framework Upgrade

New Features

  • Markdown link rendering in agent actions and todos — Links within agent action items and to-do lists are now rendered as clickable markdown links, making it easier to navigate to referenced resources directly from the onboarding workflow.
  • Default reply-to address for project communications — The reply-to field now automatically defaults to the project's Intercom support address, reducing manual configuration steps during onboarding setup.
  • Social Listening now generally available — The feature flag for Social Listening has been removed, making this feature available to all users without requiring special access.
  • Social Listening Bookmarks: Bookmark important mentions using a new icon on each card. Bookmarks persist per project, remain visible across all date range filters, and can be toggled as a dedicated feed filter.
  • Faster Social Listening Load: The mention feed displays content immediately on first open while fetching the full dataset in the background.

Improvements

  • Agent settings and execution page UI fixes — Several visual and layout issues on the agent settings and execution pages have been addressed, resulting in a cleaner and more consistent onboarding experience.
  • Meeting audit log enhancements — Improvements to the meeting audit log provide better visibility and traceability of meeting-related activities.
  • AI reconcile updates — Refinements to the AI reconciliation process improve accuracy and reliability when syncing and resolving data during onboarding workflows.
  • Changelog improvements — Updates to the changelog experience make it easier to track and review changes across onboarding workflows.

Under the Hood

  • Code quality improvements — Pre-existing code quality issues in the onboarding module have been resolved, improving maintainability and reducing the risk of future regressions.
