AI-Powered Features, Social Listening & Bug Fixes

New Features

  • Real-Time Social Listening Feed: Mentions and social activity now update live using a WebSocket connection, so you always see the latest data without needing to refresh the page.
  • AI-Driven Meeting Attendance Reconciliation: Attendance records for meetings are now automatically reconciled using AI, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy when tracking who attended.
  • Agentic Onboarding: A smarter, more guided onboarding experience now helps new users get set up faster with intelligent, step-by-step assistance.
  • Majority Voting Support: Polls now support majority voting rules, giving committees more flexibility in how decisions are made and recorded.

Bug Fixes

  • Poll Cloning: Fixed an issue where cloning a poll would incorrectly carry over a default question, ensuring cloned polls start with the intended structure.
  • Voting Close Date Timezone: Corrected how poll close dates handle timezones, preventing votes from closing at unexpected times for users in different regions.
  • Poll Creation: Fixed a missing committee identifier in the poll creation process, which could cause polls to be created without the correct committee association.
  • Meetings Regression: Resolved several regression bugs in meetings that were introduced in a recent update, restoring expected behavior.
  • Meeting Settings: Fixed a trigger issue where changes to meeting settings were not being properly detected and saved.

Improvements

  • In-App Support via Intercom: The Intercom support messenger is now available across both the V1 and V2 frontends, making it easier to reach support without leaving the platform.
  • Feature Flag Accuracy: User email is now included in the LaunchDarkly context, improving the reliability of feature flag targeting and personalization.
  • Audit Log Exports: Exporting audit log data now correctly applies any active filters, so exported reports reflect exactly what you see on screen.
