Mentee Application Experience & Critical Bug Fixes

New Features

• Mentee Card Enhancements: Application cards now display a color-coded application status indicator (Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Withdrawn) and prerequisite task progress counts, replacing the generic "Published" label.
• Intercom for Visitors: Intercom banners and popups are now visible to users who are not signed in.

Bug Fixes

• Other Active Applications: Resolves a data query issue where cross-program applications were omitted from the Current Mentees tab; the column now uses a cleaner single-line layout showing program name and status.
• Apply Button Accuracy: The Apply button no longer appears for programs with no available terms. Closed programs now show a clickable "View Program" button instead of a disabled one.
• Program Description Editor: Fixes silent failures when formatted descriptions exceed the character limit, and removes the image upload option to prevent data bloat.
• Intercom Stability: Correctly ends the authenticated session on sign-out, and repositions the scroll-to-top button to avoid overlapping the Intercom launcher.
• LF Project Sidebar: Removes redundant project name text from the program detail sidebar when a logo is present.

Maintenance

• Removed the expired KubeCon Europe 2026 promotional banner and unused Heap Analytics integration.
