v1.5.12
Improved Mentee Task Counts and Application Layout
New Features
- Mentee prerequisite task counts: A new backend endpoint has been added to retrieve the number of prerequisite tasks assigned to mentees. The mentorship UI now uses this data to give mentees and program administrators better visibility into task progress across projects.
- Redesigned "Other Applications" column: The column showing a mentee's other program applications has been renamed and given a cleaner, single-line layout, making it easier to scan and understand application statuses at a glance.
- Enhanced project card functionality: Project cards on the Discover page have been improved with better filtering, availability checks, and visual styling — helping mentees find and evaluate open programs more efficiently.
Bug Fixes
- Program description length validation: Description length is now measured using plain text rather than raw HTML, ensuring character limits are enforced accurately regardless of formatting.
- Image button removed from description editor: The option to insert images into program descriptions has been removed from the editor to keep content consistent and prevent formatting issues.
- "Applications Closed" button replaced: The non-interactive disabled button has been replaced with a clickable "View Program" button, so users can still access program details even after applications have closed.
- Content Security Policy update: Added
intercom-sheets.comto the allowed frame sources, resolving a potential issue with embedded Intercom content being blocked.
Improvements
- Cleaner analytics setup: Removed unused Heap Analytics code, reducing unnecessary overhead and keeping the codebase tidy.
- Code quality: Internal documentation and code comments have been improved for mentor-related filtering logic, making future maintenance easier.
