Donation Visibility, Task Fixes & App Enhancements

New Features

• Donation Support on Program Pages: Program detail pages now include a "Fund this Program" sidebar card linking to the program's donation page. Program cards on the homepage also display a new "Donate →" link next to the Apply button, giving visitors a way to contribute even when applications are closed.
• Action-Required Callouts: Application submission pages now display a prominent action-required callout to guide mentees on next steps after applying.
• Task Management Enhancements: Tasks now include additional properties and an updated UI, giving mentees and program administrators richer task information at a glance.

Bug Fixes

• Task Counter Accuracy: Fixes incomplete task retrieval that caused the prerequisite task counter on mentee project cards to display an incorrect count. Tasks are now fetched by assignee with pagination and correct ordering.

Improvements

• Centralized Error Handling: Error handling has been consolidated across employer, mentee, mentor, and program services, resulting in more consistent and reliable responses throughout the platform.
• User Service Input Handling: User service methods now handle input data more robustly, improving reliability across user-related operations.
