Occurrence Cancellation Notes & Registration Fixes

New Features

• Adds support for including a cancellation note when deleting a meeting occurrence. The note is forwarded with the cancellation, giving organizers a way to communicate context to attendees.
• Meeting occurrences now include title and description in API responses, providing richer details for clients displaying meeting information.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an issue where registrant and participant event updates were incorrectly processed against soft-deleted parent meetings, preventing stale updates from being applied to cancelled meeting series.
• Fixes self-registration to use the resolved LFX username instead of the raw authentication identifier from the JWT token, ensuring registrant records consistently reflect the correct user identity.
