• Mailing list member details, including email addresses, are now visible only to a list's managers and auditors — not to general subscribers or anyone who can simply view the list.
• Brought people-related data (group members, meeting registrants, and past meeting attendance) in line with what's shown on LFX Self Serve, so the same visibility rules apply consistently across both experiences.

Documentation

• Revised the community access request process with clearer guidance on who can request access, what they can expect to see and do with it, and which clients are supported.
• Clarified the request form so the required username is asked for once, and improved readability of the access guide.
