• Stars analytics now pull from dedicated data pipelines, delivering more accurate and reliable star count metrics in the Popularity dashboard.
• Removes the "Star data may be incomplete" disclaimer banner, as star counts are now sourced from precise, purpose-built data pipes.

UI Updates

• Redesigns the partial Health Score display for projects where one or more score categories lack sufficient data. The score band label now shows an asterisk (e.g., "Healthy*") instead of the previous "- Partial" suffix, with a new tooltip that explains why the score is incomplete.
