SEO Improvements & Health Score Coverage Fixes

Bug Fixes

• Fixes missing and generic SEO metadata across collection, homepage, project, and leaderboard pages. Collection pages now have unique titles and descriptions and are properly listed in the sitemap; the homepage gains a keyword-rich title, an H1 heading, and an expanded meta description; project page titles now include health score and contributor context; and a stale social sharing URL on the homepage is corrected.
• Fixes a visual overlap between the chart legend and x-axis labels in Health Score Coverage charts on narrow screen widths.

Improvements

• Health Score Coverage report widgets are now properly connected to their data sources, ensuring accurate data display across all coverage categories.
