Repository Licenses & Collection Bug Fixes

New Features

• Displays repository license information on the project About section. Single-repository projects show the license directly below the about details; multi-repository projects list up to five licenses inline, each labeled with its source repository, with a "View all" option to browse the complete set.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an issue where the community collection edit modal displayed stale data after adding or removing projects or repositories, requiring a full page reload to reflect the latest state.
• Resolves an error causing social preview images for project pages to return a server error instead of rendering correctly.
• Fixes a deployment issue where a failed docs or blog build would not halt the deployment process, potentially resulting in a release with incomplete documentation.
