• Adds contributor retention and organization retention endpoints to the public API, enabling projects to measure what proportion of contributors and organizations remain active across consecutive periods.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an issue where the contributor and organization retention endpoints failed at runtime due to an internal naming mismatch, restoring full availability of these routes.
• Improves reliability under high-traffic conditions by correctly distinguishing local request queue capacity limits from upstream data service failures, enabling clearer diagnostics when the system is under load.
