New Features

• Introduces the Health Score Coverage report, a new analytics page featuring a five-metric KPI row and eight data widgets. The report covers health score band distributions across full and partial scoring groups, project lifecycle breakdowns, signal performance comparisons between top-performing repositories and the median, and signal availability across all tracked repositories.
• Adds a comparison of signal availability between Linux Foundation and other tracked projects, a table of repositories achieving full marks per scoring category, and a dedicated breakdown of security signal coverage for GitHub-hosted repositories.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an issue where paginated data views could display incorrect record totals when pagination metadata was absent from the data service response.
