Improved API Docs & Secure M2M Authentication

New Features

• Adds private key JWT authentication for the Insights Tiers Service, adopting the standard secure approach for machine-to-machine communication across LFX services. Signing is now handled via WebCrypto, removing the dependency on older cryptographic libraries.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes the API Reference page in the Insights documentation site, which previously displayed no endpoints. The page now correctly loads the v1-alpha API specification, ensuring all available API endpoints are visible and accessible to developers.
