Health Score v2 with Impact & Lifecycle Data

New Features

• Collection project tables now include three new scoring columns: a revamped Health Score (v2) spanning maintainer health, security, and development activity; an Impact Score reflecting how broadly a project is depended on across the ecosystem; and a Lifecycle badge showing the project's current state (Active, Stable, Declining, Abandoned, or Archived).
• Health scores across all Insights pages — project overviews, collection dashboards, and score badges — now reflect the updated v2 scoring methodology, covering contributor activity, security, retention, and more.

Bug Fixes

• Corrects the Impact Score breakdown to accurately reflect the production scoring formula, removing a signal with no live data so that displayed metrics match how impact is actually computed.
• Removes a placeholder tooltip visible on collection lifecycle, health score, and impact pills, and fixes health breakdown category stacking on mobile devices.
