Health Score Coverage Improvements & Performance

Bug Fixes

• Improves the Health Score Coverage report with cleaner copy, a direct link to Health Score documentation, and thousands-separator formatting applied to all numeric values across the page.
• Adds percentage breakdowns to key statistics (repositories scored, projects scored, and partially scored) and a new tooltip explaining what it means for a project to be partially scored.
• Cleans up the report's charts: removes a redundant signal availability visualization, expands the remaining chart to full width, and fixes bar coloring so each signal category is visually distinct.

Improvements

• Consolidates data-fetching logic into a shared client with adaptive concurrency limiting, improving reliability and performance when loading analytics data across the platform.
• Lays the groundwork for a new public API, enabling programmatic access to Insights analytics in future releases.
