Expanded Popularity & Security API Foundation

New Features

• Adds five new Popularity endpoints to the v1-alpha public API: search query volume (monthly Google Search query counts for the project), package metrics (downloads, Docker downloads, Docker dependents, and dependent packages and repositories), mailing list message activity, repository fork counts, and a package list enumerating all associated packages by ecosystem and repository. Time-series endpoints include period-over-period comparison data.

Improvements

• Lays the groundwork for upcoming Security analytics, introducing shared routing infrastructure that future Security endpoints will build on.
