Expanded Overview & Leaderboards API Endpoints

New Features

• Introduces an API gateway layer in front of the public API, handling request routing and authentication so that requests reach the backend securely.
• Adds four new project overview endpoints to the public API: project badges showing leaderboard rankings and percentile tiers, health score with label and category scores, a detailed health score breakdown across eleven signals, and enriched project details including description, logo, software value, tags, maturity, links, and repository data.
• Introduces two leaderboard endpoints for listing all leaderboard types with their top entries and for paginating through ranked entries for a specific leaderboard.
• Adds a repository groups endpoint returning each group's name, slug, and associated repository URLs.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an error affecting organization contributor pages for all organizations with contributors.
• Resolves stale cached pages being served for blocked organizations.
• Removes non-functional contributor and organization discovery routes that were returning errors in production.
