• Project Application Lifecycle: Introduces a complete application workflow supporting submission, revision, withdrawal, acceptance, denial, and deletion, letting teams manage every stage of a project application in one place.
• Application Field Validation: Application submissions now validate 13 standard intake fields — including strings and URLs — and return structured feedback on any malformed input.
• Checklist Status Resolution: Platform-managed checklist rows for committee and mailing list setup now correctly surface their completion status instead of always appearing unanswered.

Bug Fixes

• Assignment Email Display Names: Item-assigned notification emails now show the recipient's display name instead of their internal username.
• Build Pipeline Tag Isolation: Development build container tags are now prefixed to prevent branch builds from overwriting published release images.
