GitLab Forked Repo CLA Status Comments

Bug Fixes

• Forked Repository CLA Comments: EasyCLA now correctly posts CLA status comments on GitLab merge requests that originate from forked repositories. This fix ensures all GitLab contributors — whether working from a fork or a direct branch — receive accurate CLA status feedback directly on their merge request.
