Hardened Chat Security, Mobile UI & Caching

New Features

• Chat Security Hardening — The public chat assistant now requires authentication and enforces strict topic boundaries, preventing off-topic requests, prompt injection, and system prompt disclosure. Rate limiting has also been added to protect against abuse.
• Smarter HTTP Caching — Public server-rendered pages now serve with a 10-minute cache for faster repeat visits, while admin pages remain uncached to ensure accurate, up-to-date content.
• Full Mobile Responsiveness — The admin dashboard and public site are now fully optimized for mobile, replacing data tables with card-based layouts and adding a slide-over chat panel for smaller screens.
• Updated Navbar & Footer — The public navbar now features a GitHub repository link, and the site footer has been replaced with the standard LFX UI component for a consistent brand experience across the platform.
